Few photos have hit the Web of Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth’s wedding. However, we do know that she had a country chic wedding at her Ojai, Calif., estate planned by celebrity event planner Yifat (pronounced ee-fot) Oren, who was a guest blogger for this blog. Yifat is also the judge (and prize!) for Crate & Barrel’s wedding competition.
The photo above is from a vineyard-themed wedding that Yifat designed, while the one below is a rustic, country wedding of hers. I wonder if Reese’s California country chic wedding might look like a cross between these two images?
Rumor has it that Reese’s wedding was an outdoor tented affair and there were little jars holding candles serving as decor. As a former Tennessean like myself, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear if they were mason jars as a nod to Reese’s Southern roots. And knowing Yifat’s affinity for outdoor lounges, I’m expecting to hear of a lounge area at the reception as well.

The so called “…rustic, country wedding” above is truly an amazing idea for an outdoor wedding! I have hosted several outdoor weddings but seeing this set up is extra-ordinary. It seems to lighten the spirit of the guests! Brilliant also in a bermuda grass that grows mostly in the Southern part of the Philippines!-Owen Navarez Navia
