So when I came across this group trash-the-dress session in Adelaide, Australia, organized by SaySo Weddings, I had to share it. Looks like fun, no?
And if trashing your wedding dress is the exact opposite of what you’d like to do, then check out our video on “How To Preserve Your Wedding Dress.”

Thank you so much for the write-up! We’re HUGE fans of Trash The Dress and hope we inspire some brides to take the plunge themselves!
Great shots. That must have been a fun shoot. Now were can I find a bunch of brides that all want to trash their dresses.
No problem, Kelly! And Mario, if you find a bevy of brides wanting to trash their dress, please send those photos to me!
I think it would be great if women who decide not to save their dresses would instead donate them to one of the many organizations that resell them to women who can’t afford the normal prices. To me, this is a very shameful waste. Sure, it wouldn’t make for great pictures, but aren’t there enough other photo opportunities?
Point taken, Callie. A friend of mine donated her dress to Goodwill, and I thought it was a really wonderful gesture.
I love this length!
It’s flattering for everyone, can match almost any dress style and silhouette, and is low maintenance.
I am inspired to add a flyaway or 2 to my new collection
Great article!
Thanks for your comments on my flyaway veil post, Bayliy. If you had it to your collection, send me a photo!
